The staff was friendly, never failing to remember my name. The Superior Double Room was very comfortable with great amenities like Ferragamo toiletries and a reliable coffee maker. Extraordinary position. Very polite staff. Unique common spaces and design.
Good breakfast, to improve the variety of hot salty and sweet dishes (there are no home made cakes). Some rooms overlook the street (crowded rather than busy with cars during the night), but of course bad manners of these people are not the fault of the hotel.
